  • Plan H3B . . . PDF . . . Google Maps * . . . demographics
  • Incorporates the Yuma Palms area change and the "fully square off the edges" of H2. This plan is not population balanced.

  • H3C balances the population of H3B while keeping the northern border of H3B the same.  While Somerton is not split, this brings D4 into Yuma west of Avenue C.
